Our minimal requirements are 3 GCSE's at Grade C or above (or equivalent) - English, Mathematics and one other subject. You must also be 16 years of age or older to apply.
To be successful you need to be a hardworking, reliable and conscientious. You need to be good at problem solving and always willing to go the extra mile to get the job done. Our customers demand excellent service and our service technicians are at the front line everyday making sure we don't let them down.
You will also need to be presentable, have good communication skills, be good at practical things (like building and fixing things) and should be sociable and amenable around people as there is a lot of interaction with customers and Barloworld employees.
